Students are encouraged to use the online application process. Read and follow all of the instructions carefully to avoid delays in processing your application. The online application is more efficient and is preferred.
Application deadline is December 1st for Fall matriculation.
Note: As of September 18, 2012, UIC’s Office of Admissions and Records (OAR) has an online application AND document upload system. OAR reports that currently applicants must wait three business days from completion of the online application to the automated email instructing how to upload documentation.

Submission for Letters of Recommendation and Personal Statement
Submit your Personal Statement and Letters of Recommendation electronically to the UIC Office of Graduate Admissions.
If not uploaded electronically, all required materials must be sent directly to the Director of Graduate Studies for the Neuroscience Program:

Deadlines
Applications are accepted for the Fall semester only. The program’s preferred deadline is December 1.
All applications and transcripts must be received by the Office of Admissions and Records no later than December 1 for consideration for the following academic year.
